The Simplest Path from $0 to $1,000,000 In Revenue As A Coach or Practitioner (While Safeguarding Your Future from A.I. Disruption)

You want to get really good at 2 things:

1. Creating a predictable transformative journey.

2. Creating a community of people that have been transformed.

I’ll keep the numbers simple for this example - here’s how it could end, and then I’ll reverse engineer the whole thing for you:

90 Day Group Transformation Program - 200 Clients investing $2000 = $400,000

12 Month Community Membership - 100 Clients investing $500/month ($6000/year) = $600,000

So they’ll originally come to you for the transformation, and 1/2 of them stay with you for ongoing support in the community.

(As the world becomes more digital, people will crave more human connection with people like them - so if you're the curator of the community, you'll be safer from the disruption of emerging technologies - this is huge and I'll be sharing more about this in the future)

Again, these numbers are a bit arbitrary.  But you want to get to a point where you could charge in the thousands for a group program.

How do you get there?

By putting deep focus into developing a predictable odyssey.

In other words, getting really great at delivering a predictable journey, that leads toward a desired outcome or transformation.

Not posting every 3 minutes on social media, or building a funnel.  None of that matters if you can’t create the transformation.

And guess what - a transformed client, IS YOUR BEST MARKETING.

If I had to start completely from scratch, I would invest my time in trying to help as many people as possible, as I developed by skillset and experience in creating the transformation, and mapping out the predictable journey.

You want to collect success stories.

And as your experience builds, so does your value level, and your confidence around delivering the transformation, which means you can charge more.

Starting from scratch, in your first 12 months you could work with 40 clients at $2500 each for 1on1 work to develop your craft, experience, expertise and reputation.

$100,000 revenue.

Then in year 2, raise your 1on1 rates while launching group programs and the 12 month membership in year 2.

This could bring you to $250,000 to $500,000.

Then in year three, perfect the process, raise your rates again, and hit your $1M in revenue.

MOST IMPORTANTLY - you don’t add side products, or courses, or books, or get distracted.  1 program + 1 community, scaled to $1M.

THEN…after you’ve helped hundreds of people, write your book, get on stages, build your platform.   Start doing ads, building funnels.

Because now you have case studies and expertise.
